Returns & Exchange Policy

At Truck SRLS, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo), while also addressing the specific nature of our furniture products.

1. Your Rights Under Italian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Italian Consumer Code. You are entitled to a remedy if a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

A. Faulty or Damaged Products (Legal Guarantee)

If you receive a product that is faulty, has been damaged in transit, or is not of acceptable quality, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue.

  • Repair or Replacement: You have the right to request repair or replacement of the product at no cost, unless the remedy requested is objectively impossible or excessively burdensome compared to the other.
  • Price Reduction or Termination: If repair or replacement is not possible, you may request an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract.

For all approved faulty product claims, Truck SRLS will cover the costs of return and re-delivery shipping.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

In accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

A. Conditions for Withdrawal

  • Notification: You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) within the 14-day period.
  • Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original condition. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Ideally, it should be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the product is faulty, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized items.
  • Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

4. General Terms

  • We reserve the right to the final interpretation of this policy. This policy does not limit your statutory rights under the Italian Consumer Code.
