4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We primarily ship to addresses within Italy and selected European countries. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on shipping zones, costs, and estimated delivery times.
  • Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the shipping carrier.
  • You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by you.

5. Your Rights Under Italian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Italian Consumer Code. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any of your rights under the law.

5.1 Legal Guarantee of Conformity

You are entitled to a 2-year legal guarantee for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery of the goods, as provided by Articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.

  • If a product has a lack of conformity, you have the right to have it restored to conformity free of charge by repair or replacement.
  • If repair or replacement is impossible or imposes disproportionate costs, you may request a price reduction or termination of the contract.

5.2 Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 52 of the Consumer Code, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods without giving any reason.
