1. Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping services to the following regions:

  • Italy (Nationwide): Including islands (Sicily, Sardinia).
  • European Union: Selected countries (France, Germany, Spain, etc.). Please contact customer service to confirm availability for your specific location.

2. Shipping Method & Time

  • Order Processing Time: Your order will typically be processed and packed within 2-4 business days. Please note that for larger furniture items, processing may take longer.
  • Estimated Shipping Time:
    • For orders within Italy: Estimated 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
    • For orders to EU countries: Estimated 5-14 business days for delivery.

Please note that during public holidays or peak promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be extended.

3. Shipping Fees

  • All shipping fees are quoted in Euros (€).
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. This ensures you pay a fair price for the delivery of your items, from small homewares to large furniture pieces.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's status on the carrier's website.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our products. However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit or is lost, your rights are protected under the Italian Consumer Code.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide clear photos of the damage (including the packaging). In line with our obligations under the law, we will offer a suitable remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
  • Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. We will launch an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Non-EU Orders)

For all orders shipped outside of the European Union, please be aware that you, the recipient, are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes (such as VAT), and customs clearance fees imposed by your country.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failures or additional costs resulting from an incorrect address provided by you.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a card with instructions for re-delivery or collection. If the item is returned to us after multiple failed attempts, you may be responsible for any applicable re-shipment fees.
